THANK YOU to all who took time to attend our Marching Panthers Call-out on May 11th!  We had a great time playing music and getting to know each other!  We are looking forward to a terrific season where we support our school, entertain our fans, and have A LOT of fun!  

Below, please find some details about a few things to officially become a member of the 2026 NCHS Marching Panthers.

At the conclusion of the Call-out, the Marching Panthers Registration Information Packet was distributed to all students.  If you were unable to attend the Call-out, it is especially important that you take time to look over this information.  The materials from this packet are available at the link above.

ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM – Click to complete the Online Registration Form

• Be prepared with each individual page of all forms completed in electronic format (5 individual electronic files as outlined below)

• Forms to be completed/uploaded to the Online Registration Form:

• • Physical Form (3 pages = 3 individual electronic files)

  • Cardiac Arrest Acknowledgement Form (1 page = 1 individual electronic file)

  • Code of Conduct Form (1 page = 1 individual electronic file)

The submission of the Online Registration Form is what officially registers each student for marching band.  The Online Registration Form and Fee Payment must be received on or before Sunday, July 26, 2026 (first day of Band Camp).  This is a firm deadline.

PARTICIPATION FEE PAYMENT

The payment for the participation fee (and marching shoes for new members) will be made via credit card on the Band Parent Organization Online Store.  A link for this will be found on the confirmation page once the Online Registration Form has been submitted. 

PERCUSSION INFORMATION – Click to view Percussion audition

Students planning to play in the percussion section should note two important details:

1. Students should complete a video audition outlined on the Percussion Audition information page.  This audition will be submitted via video which will be due no later than Sunday, July 19 at 11:59pm.  The purpose of the audition is only for determining what instrument each student will be assigned to for the season.  Percussion audition information can be viewed at the link above.  

2. Percussionists should plan to attend our Percussion Pre-Camp that takes place on Thursday and Friday, July 23-24, 2026 from 9am-12pm here at NC. 

HAVE OTHER FRIENDS WHO WANT TO MARCH?

If you have band friends that may want to join us for the 2025 season but missed signing up for the Call-out, please encourage them to come along!  They can let us know they are interested by contacting a band director.  We will be sure to get them the information they need to join us in the fall semester.
